Valoo implemented a comprehensive project to strengthen its financial management in line with the company's rapid growth. A key step was the implementation of the Adaptive Planning system, which would improve internal accounting and enable more efficient forecasting and budgeting. The project was run with a tight three-month schedule and was led by NIS consultants Riina Valkama and Henna Kettunen, who took overall responsibility for the implementation and managed to deliver a ready-made system that the company's management could start using immediately.

In addition to the system implementation, Riina and Henna served as interim support in Valoo's finance team. They contributed to the daily finance work, improved processes and assisted in the introduction of new staff. In the next phase of the project, additional expertise in IFRS reporting was needed. NIS consultant Jussi Jurvelin then joined the team to support calculations related to financial transactions and future reporting needs.

Thanks to the collaboration with NIS, Valoo gained access to qualified project management, operational reinforcement and specialist expertise, without having to make long-term recruitments. The result was a flexible and scalable financial support that matched the company's growth rate and increased demands for transparency and reporting.
